Terms & Privacy
Booking Terms
By requesting a booking with DOTS Car Hire, you confirm that you hold a valid driver's license and are legally permitted to drive in Zambia. All bookings are subject to review and confirmation by our team before they're finalized.
Verification & Documents
To confirm a booking, we ask for a photo of your driver's license, proof of residence, and a photo of yourself. These are used only to confirm your identity and license before approving a rental. They're stored securely and visible only to DOTS staff — never shown publicly or shared with anyone else using this site.
Cancellations
Please contact us directly as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. We'll do our best to accommodate changes where the vehicle's schedule allows.
Listing Your Car
Car owners who list a vehicle with DOTS retain ownership of their car. Listings are reviewed by our team before appearing publicly. Revenue share terms are agreed directly between DOTS and each vehicle owner.
