What happens
- Your name, phone number, saved places, favourite drivers, invite code and push notification registration are deleted.
- You can no longer sign in, on any DOTS app.
- Records of past trips, orders and payments are kept for accounting, with your details removed. The other person on those trips still sees their side of the record.
- A driver's wallet balance should be cashed out first; a pending cash-out is still sent.
- A trip that is under way must be finished or cancelled first.
The quickest way is in the app: Account → Delete account. If you no longer have the app, sign in below with the same email and password and delete from here.
