Parcels across town on the same fleet, collected with a photo and handed over against a PIN, so both ends know it arrived.

Food from restaurants across Lusaka, ordered in the app and delivered by the same drivers.
How we are put together
Most operators of this size run on WhatsApp and a notebook. DOTS runs on software we built ourselves: a rider app, a driver app and an operations system that holds every booking, every vehicle, every payment and every payout in one place. That is why a DOTS car is confirmed the moment you book it, why the price does not change after you have agreed it, and why we can tell you where your car is.
The partnership fleet
Not every car on the DOTS fleet is ours. Owners put their vehicles with us, we find the clients and handle the bookings, the paperwork and the tracking, and the earnings are shared. If you have a car sitting idle, it can be working.
